Payment of Registration Fee

• The registration fee is 205 EUR for payments until January 7, 2026.
• For payments after January 7 the registration fee amounts to 240 EUR.
• Please note that the number of participants is limited to 65 and places are given in the order of payment of the registration fee.
• The registration is only final after payment of the registration fee.
• The registration fee covers the participation at the workshop (including the Minisymposium), coffee breaks, drinks at the poster session, and the conference dinner.
• If you have selected the optional printed version of the lecture notes booklet, please add an extra 20 EUR (amounting then in total to 225 EUR until January 7). Note that the lecture notes booklet will always also be available online free of charge.

IMPORTANT:

It is crucial that you mention the “Reason for Payment” in your transaction in the format mentioned above.

This needs to include “A28164600114“, the term “WTC“, and please mention instead of “Lastname” your last name, so that we can link the payment to you.

If you do not specify this “Reason for Payment” we will not receive your money in our subaccount and you are then not registered!

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your registration fee typically within a week after we have received the payment. In case you encounter any problems please contact wtc@quantchem.at.
